
Cécile Gregory
Cecile Gregory, a proud and loving mother to her two wonderful children, was born in France. Her childhood was a journey across the world, from Greece to Mexico, Brazil, and Argentina, following her parents for work. These travels shaped her deeply, allowing her to grow up not only as French but truly as a citizen of the world.
This beautiful gift of travelling gave Cecile the chance to learn different languages, embrace diverse cultures, and understand the true meaning of respect for others and their beliefs. Travel has always been at the heart of who she is.
Life continued to surprise Cecile; she even met her husband on a plane to her very first job interview in Bangkok, Thailand. Since then, she has been living in the UK for the past 11 years, building a life with her English husband and their family.
Cecile’s journey with Pilates began while recovering from a back injury, and she instantly fell in love with the practice. Over time, it became much more than physical recovery; it grew into a true passion. For her, Pilates is about building the best relationship with her body and mind, tuning in to herself, connecting with her surroundings, and fostering deeper connections with others.

Pilates is a practice that connects movement with breath, helping you to be present with your body, quiet the mind, and feel grounded in the present moment. Every exercise begins at the core, building strength from the inside out. Through repetition, the work deepens, engaging muscles with precision and control.
Practiced with respect for the spine, Pilates strengthens, lengthens, and restores balance in the body. After each session, you will feel taller, lighter, relaxed, and rejuvenated.
Pilates is not only a transformative journey on its own but also a powerful complement to other practices, including Yoga. It strengthens your body to support Yoga postures, allowing you to hold them with greater ease and awareness. By breaking down each movement step by step, Pilates brings clarity, control, and strength to your practice, helping you unlock your full potential.
