Founder & CEO - Yoga Instructor
Sarah Kate Horner
The heart and soul of Sapranah, Sarah Kate Horner, an actress and drama facilitator, has shaped her yoga teaching through her life as a single mother of three boys. Facing challenges with resilience, she found yoga’s discipline of breath and awareness to be her anchor. From this, she created Sapranah, blending her name with prāna, the vital life force. Rooted in ancient teachings and her lived experience, Sapranah is her evolving practice, offering a space to reconnect with self and source, fostering strength and clarity.
