Service Description
Restorative Yoga is a very gentle, passive style of Yoga, designed to help you find a moment of calm and rest from the world outside. In a society where busyness is often celebrated, the practice of restorative yoga invites you to slow down and to embrace how nourishing blending gentle postures with breath work and meditation truly is for the nervous system. In this practice, there’s no need for physical strength. It’s an invitation to your body and mind to simply be, supported by a range of comfortable props to take you to that dreamy place of in between awake and sleep. The addition of yoga nidra is the perfect way to end the session, to support sleep, anxiety and stress.
