Service Description

Samhain (pronounced “Sow-inn”) is the ancient Celtic turning of the year, the threshold between autumn’s close and winter’s stillness. It is said that during this time, the veil between worlds grows thin, allowing us to feel the quiet presence of those who came before. It is a moment for honouring ancestry, giving thanks for what remains, and opening gently to what is yet to come. This Sapranah Sharing Circle is an evening of community and remembrance. We will gather by candlelight in warmth and stillness. I will open and close the evening, offering a gentle rhythm of togetherness and pause. Each person is invited to share in their own way, a story, a poem, a song, a memory, or a few words from the heart. There is no expectation to speak; listening is as sacred as sharing. The evening is simply about being together, authentic, unhurried, and human. Throughout our time together there will be warm Ayurvedic teas, cacao, and small sweet nibbles, creating a sense of ease and nourishment. The space will be relaxed and welcoming, a place to sit, to sip, to listen, and to remember. If you wish, bring a small token or name of a loved one to honour within the circle. Dress comfortably; the studio will be softly lit and peaceful.
