Join Me Live from the Sapranah Studio – Online Integrated Vinyasa Flow This is your invitation to join me in real-time for a beautiful, integrated Vinyasa flow practice, broadcast live from the Sapranah home studio. Whether you’re travelling, living afar, or simply unable to be here in person, this online offering allows you to step into the sacred rhythm of practice from the comfort of your own space - while still being part of the energy we cultivate together in the studio. What to Expect In this one-hour Vinyasa flow class, you’ll move through a seamless sequence drawn from multiple yoga lineages. Each posture is consciously woven into the next, guided by breath and intention. As we flow together, I’ll be right here - offering you live, real-time guidance through the screen, helping you to move safely, soulfully, and with purpose. There will be five practitioners present with me in the studio, and you will be part of the same class energy - tuning into the moment, the breath, and the collective field of practice. This isn’t just a livestream. It’s a living, breathing connection - between you and the mat, between presence and movement, between your body and the teachings of yoga. Cancellation Policy
Sapranah Terms and Conditions Last Modified: 19 September 2025 Effective: 1 October 2025 Introduction These Terms and Conditions govern the booking and participation in Sapranah sessions. By making a booking, participants agree to abide by these terms. Booking Process Bookings for Sapranah sessions may only be made online through sapranah.com or via the Sapranah profile on the Fit by Wix application. All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of payment or, for cash payments, upon agreement with Sapranah. Single Participant Policy If a session has only one participant, they will be offered the opportunity to upgrade to a private session for an additional £30. Should the participant decline, the session will be cancelled, and a full refund will be issued without an administrative fee, ensuring fairness to clients who pay for private sessions. Payment Payments may be made online via sapranah.com or the Fit by Wix application, or in cash on the day of the session. All payments must be completed prior to the commencement of the session. Prices are subject to change, and any updates will be announced on sapranah.com. Cancellation and Refund Policy * Participant Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the session start time to receive a full refund, subject to a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 100% of the session price. * Sapranah Cancellations: If Sapranah cancels a session, participants will receive a full refund without an administrative fee or the option to reschedule to another available session. * Non-Attendance: Participants who fail to attend a booked session without prior notice will be charged the full session price with no refund. Participant Responsibilities and Risks Participation in Sapranah sessions involves inherent risks associated with physical exercise. Participants must adhere to the instructor’s guidance and immediately report any discomfort or pain during the session. Sapranah is not liable for injuries or harm sustained during sessions or from the use of facilities. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically capable of participating and must disclose any relevant health conditions to the instructor prior to the session.
