Voice, Presence & Confidence with Sarah Kate Horner | Sapranah These one-to-one sessions support you in finding clarity, confidence, and authenticity in your voice. Drawing on my background as a professional actress and teacher of yoga, breath, and meditation, I work with posture, breath, and vocal technique to help you speak with ease, precision, and presence. This is not performance coaching or confidence through force. It is a gentle, embodied approach that allows the voice to emerge naturally as the body feels safe and supported. This work is especially helpful if you feel unheard, lack confidence when speaking, experience vocal tension or fatigue, or wish to communicate with greater clarity and authority, without losing warmth or truth. As the breath steadies, the voice settles. As the voice settles, confidence follows. Sapranah voice work is for those ready to speak from who they are, not who they think they should be. ⸻ What to Expect Sessions are held one-to-one in a calm, supportive setting and are tailored to you. We begin by settling the breath and nervous system, then work gently with posture, sound, and speech to support clear articulation and natural projection. There is no pressure to perform and no need to “get it right.” This is a space to be met as you are, allowing your voice to grow steadier, clearer, and more authentic over time.
