This four-week introductory course at Sapranah offers you a safe, supportive space where you can practise with other men without any pressure or intimidation. Held in a private home studio and limited to just five participants, these sessions focus on the foundations of yoga, guiding you through key postures to build your strength, flexibility, and ease in movement. But yoga is more than just the physical - this course also introduces you to the connection between your body, mind, breath, and awareness, helping you cultivate a deeper sense of balance and wellbeing. Whether you’re completely new to yoga or looking to gain confidence before joining a larger class, this space is designed for you. Upcoming Sessions


Cancellation Policy

Once payment is made, it is non-refundable, and participants are committing to the entire four-week block. If the instructor must cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, a replacement session will be arranged at a mutually agreed time. No refunds will be given. Should a participant be unable to attend a session, no refund or credit will be provided. By booking, participants accept these terms as part of their commitment to the practice.
