
Andrew Clayton
Andrew has been a dedicated yoga practitioner for nearly seven years. He first discovered yoga through a simple poster on a lamppost in his hometown of Warwick. Intrigued, he attended his first class with no prior knowledge of what to expect. Something profound resonated within him, prompting him to return the following week. Since then, Andrew has immersed himself in the practice, travelling across Europe for various yoga retreats and exploring dozens of yoga studios throughout the UK.
Yoga has transformed Andrew’s outlook on life and his lifestyle. He firmly believes that once someone discovers the inner peace and stillness yoga offers, they are unlikely to turn back. In early 2025, Andrew embarked on a transformative journey to Bali, where he completed his 200-hour teacher training at an ashram just outside Ubud. He feels immense gratitude for the guidance of the inspiring souls he met during this experience.
Now, Andrew is ready to deepen his own practice while sharing his passion by guiding newcomers to yoga. He will be teaching beginners at Saraprana Studio, where he looks forward to learning and growing alongside his students. Andrew eagerly anticipates welcoming everyone soon.

Join our Beginners Yoga, designed for newcomers. Explore yoga essentials through mindful breathing and purposeful movement. Start with gentle stretches to boost flexibility, then learn fundamental Vinyasa asanas with clear alignment guidance. Progress to a fluid Vinyasa flow, syncing breath with motion for a meditative experience. Andrew’s philosophy, “Master your breath, master your mind, and your body will follow,” fosters strength, flexibility, and tranquillity. No experience needed, just an open mind.
