A Summer Solstice Offering of Light, Breath & Fire.

I am so deeply excited to share this with you.

Sapranah Surya was born on the Summer Solstice last year, on the 21st of June, created from a place of devotion, energy, and a genuine desire to bring people together in something powerful, real, and alive. To return to it now, one year on, feels incredibly special. It has grown, it has deepened, and it is ready to hold even more.

This is a strong, integrated Sapranah experience. I will guide you throughout, holding the space from beginning to end as we move with breath, body, and music, building heat, building energy, and allowing the practice to unfold naturally.

Expect to move, to sweat, to feel fully engaged in your body. This is a powerful practice designed to awaken strength, expand capacity, and bring you into a deeper connection with yourself.

And at the same time, this is an inclusive space. If you are experienced, I will meet you and take you further. If you are still building strength, you are equally welcome. I will support you, guide you, and show you when to soften or rest.

You do not need to know anything in advance. You simply need to arrive. You will be held.

The evening builds. Energy gathers. Something begins to open. And from that place, we move into sound. Together, we burst into song. Not performance. Not perfection. Just voice, breath, and shared presence. A release that is joyful, freeing, and deeply connective. This is where the practice becomes something more. It becomes community. It becomes light. It becomes love.

Afterwards, we gather in the garden, where Jane, so many of you already know and love her, will prepare nourishing, organic Ayurvedic food. A chance to land, to connect, and to share in the warmth of a summer evening together.

We will also be joined by Eli, who will be singing during the evening. Eli is a performer on a musical called Frankie goes to Bollywood UK tour. She grew up singing and acting with Sarah and is delighted to be singing for you this weekend. It’s going to be a relaxing set and she can’t wait to share it with you and meet you!

Sapranah Surya is something I care about deeply. It is an offering I am proud of, and one I feel genuinely excited to share with you again.

Places are already beginning to fill, and I have a feeling this evening will come together in a very special way. I would love you to be part of it, so please book your place now.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings are non-refundable, as spaces are limited. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to gift your place to someone else. With at least 7 days’ notice, I may be able to offer a transfer to a future Sapranah event, although this cannot be guaranteed. Cancellations within 7 days are non-transferable.
